Our Refund Policy

ConsumerSewa continuously works toward consumer enchant, crossover the expression gap between the consumer & organization and company initiate the legal action against the opposite party within 7-21 days. Also, enclose & respecting consumer beliefs we process the refunds, amount in the accounts as per the details shared by you. ConsumerSewa reserves the right to make relevant amendments from case to case. We refund for Contracts within 7-21 working days of the original services cancellation request of the Contract in case no coordination accrues between consumer and our team within 7-21 days then only this amount is refundable. We do not refund the GST amount as per our policies.

In Case if we are unable to resolve the disputes, we refund the service charges except GST amount. You are not able to withdraw your complain in the med of the procedure, in such scenario refund will be not made. As once the procedure begins it is not quite possible to withdraw it.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with, the laws of India without giving effect to principles of conflict of law. In the event of any dispute or claim by you against the Company, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
